Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the http://www.Chartpresso.com website operated by Chartpresso Inc.("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
Using the Service
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
So long as you comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the Software, solely to access the Service; provided, however, that this license does not constitute a sale of the Software or any copy thereof, and as between Chartpresso and You, Chartpresso retains all right, title and interest in the Software.
The Service is provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis without any warranty of any kind.
Your Account
You will need a Chartpresso Account in order to use our Services. It is your responsibility to protect your Account Id and keep your password confidential. We do not store Account passwords in plain text and have adequate security measures in place to secure your data.
Only one account per user should be created and sharing of Account between the user is prohibited.
Content
You own the information, data, text, software, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, posts, tags, or other materials you make available in connection with the Services (“Content”).
Chartpresso will not scan, review or use the data stored or captured by the Service. Your data is never used by Chartpresso for any other purpose except as required for the continuation of providing the Service. Your data is never submitted to any third-party service, person, company or entity.
Your use of the Service will involve you uploading or inputting various content into the Service; including but not limited to: tasks, attachments, project names, team names, and cost details (together, the “Content”).
We may view your Content only as necessary (i) to maintain, provide and improve the Service; (ii) to resolve a support request from you; (iii) as reasonably necessary to allow Chartpresso to comply with or avoid the violation of applicable law or regulation. We may also analyze the Content in aggregate and on an anonymized basis, in order to better understand the manner in which our Service is being used.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. In case of a failure to provide due payment we have the right to discontinue providing your Service. At the moment we do not accept payment through Credit Card, Bank Wire or Cash. We only accept payment through http://www.PayPal.com (PayPal Holdings, Inc.) and may add additional payment methods with which Subscription to our Service can be purchased.
Premium membership fees will be billed automatically at the next bill date, as applicable. These fees will auto-renew until your Premium membership is downgraded or terminated. Your membership fee will be the same as your initial charges unless you are otherwise notified in advance. You may cancel your Premium membership at any time.
Privacy and Protection
Security - We will use industry standard technical and organizational security measures in connection with the storage, processing and transfer of your Content that are designed to protect the integrity of that Content and to guard against unauthorized or unlawful access to, use of, or processing of such Content.
Cookies - A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the Service each time the visitor returns. Chartpresso uses cookies to identify and track visitors, their usage of Service, and their Service access preferences. Users who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies, with the drawback that certain features of Chartpresso websites may not function properly without the aid of cookies.
Data Storage - Chartpresso uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service. You understand that although you retain full rights to your data, it may be stored on third party storage and transmitted through third party networks.
Data Protection - Chartpresso uses commercially reasonable and industry-standard physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your information. We regularly back up your data to help prevent data loss and aid in data recovery. We also guard against common web attack vectors and implement firewalls and access restrictions on our servers to secure our network and better protect your information.
Personal Information - We collect personal information, such as your name and email address, when you register for an account on the Service. You may also provide us with optional information such as a photograph. Your user name, email address and any optional profile information that you elect to associate with your account is referred to herein as your "personal information".

Terminations
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Changes to our Services
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether. Preserving your data and access to it is our utmost objective. If we discontinue a Service which may result in loss of data, you will be given a reasonably advance notice and a provision to export your data out of our Service.
